Your Privacy Choices
This page explains privacy choices that may be available to you depending on where you live and how HouseProFinder uses your information.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You may ask us to provide information about personal information associated with you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information where applicable law provides that right. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
Some state privacy laws use terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” in specific ways. If HouseProFinder engages in activity covered by those definitions, eligible visitors may have a right to opt out. We will honor applicable opt-out signals and provide a request mechanism when the production advertising and buyer configuration requires one.
Matching requests and service-provider disclosures
When you intentionally submit a request to be connected with service providers, the information needed to fulfill that request may be disclosed to participating providers or routing partners. A privacy opt-out does not necessarily prevent disclosures that are necessary to fulfill a transaction or service you specifically request, where permitted by law.
How to make a request
Until the production privacy mailbox or request form is finalized, use our Contact page and identify the request as a “Privacy Request.” We will add the final verified contact channel before paid lead routing is activated.
Authorized agents
Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to submit a request for you, we may request proof of authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.
No discrimination
HouseProFinder will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.
Implementation note: This page is written to reflect the matching model without making unsupported claims that HouseProFinder currently “sells” or “shares” personal information under every state-law definition. The final production workflow should be reviewed when buyer routing, analytics, and advertising vendors are finalized.
